Jason was born, and raised, in Halifax to parents Ruth and Fernand. Following high school, he attended Dalhousie University, studying Commerce but realized that wasn't for him and decided instead to study IT. He eventually moved to Toronto, Ontario, where he currently resides, and pursued a career in the technology industry. He is the youngest of four brothers, and is a proud uncle to three nephews and two nieces scattered around the globe.
While his older brothers discovered their passion for sports and sports statistics, Jason discovered his passion for film and television. At the early age of 37, he finally decided to follow his passion, and instantly fell in love with every aspect of film and TV production from the time he stepped onto his first set as an extra.
Jason holds dual citizenship, Canadian and British, and in his spare time he enjoys iPhone photography, trying to teach himself to play guitar, and staying up-to-date with current entertainment news. He has an uncanny ability to spot continuity errors both in movies and TV shows, and can recite every early New Kids on the Block song.
